Meet Our Head Instructor
Moana Domenech
Passionate about surfing, Moana Domenech grew up by the ocean alongside his father, a professional surfer. Immersed in this world from the age of 2, he obtained his BPJEPS certification in 2014. With over 11 years of experience as an instructor, he won the Polynesian longboard championship and competed in international events, including the Longboard World Championship.
In 2019, he founded his own surf school in Papenoo Bay, dedicated to teaching and training surfers of all levels. He is also the coach of the surf section at Mahina College and holds the BNSSA certification, allowing him to work as a lifeguard during the 2024 Olympic Games in Tahiti.
